Q: What if my tenant does not pay their rent?A: First the lease has no grace period. Rent is due on the 1 st of the month, if it has not been paid by end of day on the first of the month…I email you (the owner) that the tenant has not paid. I then post a 3 day notice to comply and pay the rent plus late fees, or give us possession of the home. I do not take this lightly at all, I act immediately. If the 3 business days go by and I still have not received rent and late fees I will speak to the owner about eviction. A tenant may pay late once, but they won’t get the chance to do it twice.
Q: Does the Office have an After-Hours Drop Box?A: Yes, we do. If you need to drop off rent or any other paperwork you will find our drop box on the front door of the office.
